Ayers Painting & Remodeling is Albert Ayers and a full-time crew of painters and carpenters. Albert still runs the jobs himself.

Born and raised in Canandaigua.

Albert grew up in Canandaigua and went to Canandaigua Academy. He started painting houses here in 2000, and a lot of his clients keep calling him back.

Over the years the work grew past paint into drywall, trim, stairs and built-ins. Clients kept asking him who to call for a bathroom, a kitchen or a basement, and in 2025 remodeling took off.

Albert still loves the creative, unusual jobs. Our crew has built a hidden room behind a bookcase, sprayed a fire-retardant coating on a restaurant ceiling, and joined two old cabinets into one.

How every job starts.

Floors get paper or drop cloths, furniture gets moved and wrapped, and windows, counters and fixtures are masked before we start.

When we spray inside a finished house, we seal off the room first so nothing reaches your things.

We're hiring painters and carpenters.

The jobs are steady and full-time, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off and sick time. We're looking for people who show up, take pride in clean work, and know prep matters as much as the finish coat.
