We've painted houses around Canandaigua since 2000, and our remodeling work has grown fast since 2025. We need more good people to keep up.

We're hiring painters and carpenters.

Both are steady, full-time jobs with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off and sick time. Pay depends on experience.

Experienced painter

Full-time · residential and commercial

You'll paint inside and out: homes, new builds for local builders, and the occasional commercial job like a fire hall or a restaurant ceiling.

What we're looking for

  • You have professional painting experience, residential and commercial
  • You're comfortable with a brush, a roller and a sprayer
  • You do clean, careful work, on your own or with the crew
  • You show up on time and know prep matters as much as the finish coat

Carpenter

Full-time · remodeling

Our remodeling work books up months ahead, so we need another carpenter. You'll work on kitchens, bathrooms, basements, stairs, trim and built-ins, often in older houses.

What we're looking for

  • You have remodeling or finish carpentry experience
  • You can handle framing, trim and built-ins
  • You're careful in a house where people are living
  • You show up on time and take pride in the details

Every job starts by protecting the house.

Floors, windows and frames get covered and sealed before anything is rolled or sprayed, whether the job is big or small.

Most days you'll be working in someone's home, so we keep the work area clean and the rest of the house usable.
