Renovating an 1800s house
An outdated closet and toilet room had been added to this dining room. We took both out so it's one room again, added a second bathroom, restored the original wood floors and repainted.
A bathroom packs framing, drywall, trim, flooring and paint into a few square feet. We handle all of it, so you aren't waiting on three trades in one small room.
In an 1800s house, we built a second bathroom in space that wasn't being used.
We take dated bathrooms down and rebuild them with a new tub or shower, vanity, flooring and paint.
A small room is a good place for a bold color.
We add beadboard wainscoting and new trim, then paint them.
We put down plank flooring and keep it covered while the vanity goes in.
We took these photos on the job. Open any photo to page through the whole set.

We added wainscoting, then painted it one deep navy along with the trim, door, crown and ceiling. Patterned wallpaper covers the walls above.
